You sign in with your Microsoft 365 account, and the subscription is tied to that account (the email you sign in with): one account, one subscription. When you have an active Paid subscription, the app unlocks the Paid entitlements automatically.
There's no time-limited trial. Free is available indefinitely. You can run real operations on Free (within the per-run caps) and upgrade to Paid whenever you're ready.
From the app's Settings, choose a Paid billing period and complete checkout through Stripe. Your plan, limits, and features refresh automatically without reinstalling.

If the app can't verify your subscription online but has a valid cached license, you keep Paid entitlements during a grace period until it can reconnect.
